RLO is managed by the Board of Directors (BODs) comprising of seven (7) members who are also the founders of the organization. They are the highest-level decision makers of the organization. They are headed by the Chair Person, the Deputy Board of Directors and other three Board Members.
Below the BODs is the Executive Director of the organization who implements the decisions made by the Board. She is charged with the day-to-day administration of the organization. Other positions in RLO include Programs Unit, Administration and Finance Unit, Field staffs. The organization also hosts volunteers who are not directly paid by the organization but get incentives for the support they render. There are eight (5) staff members at its headquarters with three (3) volunteer members based in those field locations. The Organization also host a total of four (4) volunteer support staffs at its Juba Head Office and two in the field Office.
We are a National NGO founded in 2020 with a primary focus on the problem of the poor in their struggle to obtain basic needs and dignified life free of poverty.
