Re-integration Lifeline Organization (RLO) is a registered national non-governmental Organization under the laws of South Sudan, founded in 2020.
Rlo is embarking on protection through gender-based violence, child Protection, supports South Sudanese National’s deportees, support reintegration of the ids/refugee by claiming their rights to housing, land and property, provide awareness about mines and unexploded Ordinance (UO), support child mothers by providing supplementary food, and curbing teen pregnancies, educating teen girls on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) provides awareness on HIV/AIDS, and promoting mental wellness, support street-children’s welfare and development, by providing individual and collective rehabilitation through psychosocial supports and re-integrating them into their respective communities.
RLO trains women and men in Alternative Education Systems [AES] and Technical Vocational Education &Training [TVET] to enable them improve their operational capability to help themselves, we also provide opportunities to those trained on skills development such as hospitality jobs in collaboration with employers, equipping them able to deliver basic services. RLO supports peace building programs to enhance peaceful coexistence such that SSDG is achieved in time.
Our Mission
To embrace rehabilitation and promote self-reliance for the most disadvantaged persons and groups in South Sudan through equal access to humanitarian opportunities and developmental resilience against the effects of deportation, poverty, gender-based violence, psychological and mental disability by providing fundamental lifeline supports on ground of humanity and human rights.
Our Vision
To have an independent society free from violence, poverty, dependency and vulnerability where all persons are entitled to equal dignity and protection.
In respect to fundamental standard of human rights, the Organization while pursuing activities disburses close dedication to advocate for equal access to free and fair humanitarian projects initiated among oversea deportees, street children, vulnerable communities, returnees and youths by empowering them with consolidated self-reliance programmes necessary in order to safeguard, prevent, reduce and relieve both physical, psychological and mental dependence of civilians across the country.
We are currently carrying out ‘Phase I’ of its humanitarian and developmental projects using its own local-generated funds.
However, upon later receiving of donor fund, the Organization shall fully embark on protection and developmental projects aimed at providing individual and collective identification, reception and temporary accommodation, comprehensive rehabilitation, psychological and mental supports and re-integration of the transformed citizens into the society.
The Organization shall also engage in agricultural, livelihoods and food security, legal aid, girl-child and gender-based violence and vocational trainings.
Accountability
Re-integration Lifeline Organization in its operations will be accountable to all stakeholders at projects cycle level including the humanitarian donors, government and beneficiaries and shall adhere to the best principles of accountability;
Non-Discrimination and Equity
The Organization has comprehensively developed strategies that maintain and respect the principle of equality of all persons and shall make no discrimination as to ethnicity, religion, race, color, nationality, political, social or economical grounds.
Transparency and Integrity
RLO sets forth an equitable and transparent mechanism so has to discharge its humanitarian and developmental projects using fair, honesty, ethical and comprehensively lifeline programmes.
Impartiality
Without prejudice, Re-integration Lifeline Organization shall carry out equitable humanitarian and developmental activities with impartiality while considering areas with greater needs and executing Organizational goals through policies, core values and objectives in its projects implementation.

Re-integration Lifeline Organization’s management policies and operations shall conform to the Organization Constitution, national laws, and international humanitarian instruments in order to achieve our humanitarian goal by coordinating and timely execute programs ensuring commitment in life-saving measures, rehabilitation of deportees, street children and other needy persons and groups for self-reliance.

The founders fundamental forefront mission is to collectively and directly response to civilians population affected by civil war, poverty, deportation and vulnerability, and who are in needs of humanitarian assistance in order to save their lives and alleviate human suffering through provisions of protection, livelihood assistants, rehabilitation and transformation.
